Our team will carefully review all the information you provide, including photos, so please ensure we have everything needed to prepare an accurate estimate.

We will provide an estimated duration for your clean, depending on the size and condition of your home. If, upon arrival, we determine that additional time is required, we will call you first to confirm before proceeding.

Please Note:

We do NOT provide blinds cleaning, biohazard cleaning, builder’s cleans, work at heights, mould remediation, moving or lifting heavy furniture, or cleaning pet waste.

For a first clean, our goal is to bring your home up to our high standard. To do this properly, we allocate sufficient time so our team can work thoroughly without rushing. Excellence and attention to detail require time, and we want to ensure your home receives the care it deserves.
