- Access and property details: keys, alarm codes, access instructions, and information about your home or premises we need to deliver the service safely (for example pets, hazards and special surfaces).

- Photos: photos of your premises taken for quoting, recording existing condition, quality checks, safety or resolving concerns, and any photos you send us.
- Health or support information: only where it is needed for your service, for example allergies or product sensitivities, or NDIS or aged care details where your service is funded that way.
- Website interactions: IP address, browser type, device information and activity on our website (via cookies or analytics tools).

8. How Long We Keep Your Information
Booking, payment and service records are kept for as long as required by law for tax and business purposes (generally 7 years).
Complaint records are kept for as long as reasonably needed to resolve the matter and meet our legal obligations.
Photos are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose they were taken.
Access details such as keys and alarm codes are returned or deleted when our services end.

You can:
- ask to see the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct it;
- ask us to delete it (subject to our legal obligations); and
- opt out of marketing communications at any time.

10. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, change or disclosure. Access is limited to staff who need it for their role. No online system is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
11. Where Your Information Is Stored and Processed
We use trusted technology providers to run our booking, service and communication systems. Some of them store or process information outside Australia:
- Google (Firebase) stores our service records and files, in Singapore.
- Netlify runs our online forms and systems, from the United States.
- Resend sends our emails, from the United States.
- Anthropic (Claude AI) helps our team draft and review communications and records, such as replies to feedback or complaints, from the United States.
These providers act only on our instructions, must keep your information secure, and cannot use it for their own purposes. When we use AI, it only receives the information needed for the task, a member of our team always reviews the result and makes any decisions, and your information is not used to train the AI. We take reasonable steps to make sure overseas providers handle your information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
