The good things:

Great work life balance as you can nominate your work days. Wonderful team of enthusiastic people of all backgrounds. Very supportive Management and you can progress to Team Leader quite quickly if you like. Beckii the owner is a warm and generous boss. It's also a great social network if you want to feel connected. Warm and fuzzy moments when clients are appreciative of your efforts 🙂

The challenges:

It's hard work. You'll go home sore and tired. Its fast paced. Some clients can be challenging and you'll see some confronting things at times. Shifts can change due to cancellations or add ons. And then theres the vaccuum cleaners....they're heavy, cumbersome, old and some are in bad repair. I do believe the owner is about to replace them Yay!!

The good things:

The owners Beckii and Ray are just absolutely amazing people. I love everything about my position at the Clean Life. They make you feel valued and appreciated. The team are always looking out for you and helping one another. You can also progress very quickly to a team leaders position.

The challenges:

Very physical job and some houses have their challenges. Thankfully, we have an extremely supportive team, including management and administration that will help you as problems may arise.

This is the job that'll keep you on your toes and moving all day.
